I stand before the roaring sea of dreams and ambitions
With stormy clouds looming across the red horizon
The smashing waves are giants with shimmering swords
Hurling invectives and discouraging words

I have nothing with me but my soul and my craft
My heart pounding with profound fear and hesitation
But for a dream i will fight to hold on fast
Lest i live my life with a futile reason

Through your waves i will sail to never come back
Leaving behind stark memories of heartache and defeat
Let your waters cleanse my blood-dripping heart
As i slowly drift through the core of your vastness..
