Call me tonight and my heart will beat in syncopation
My ways with you are always true but it burns you..It kills you
Kiss me tonight and I will be set on flames of passion and greed!
For you alone can alter my thinking..You alone arouse my being
I am but a regular guy with irregular thoughts of you..a shame..
Yet you let me bathe in splendor in your sea of love! insane..
Why oh why am I like this? just a siphon for your inviting bliss
A proud and greedy king, standing tall before my bewildered queen
But your ways with me are always true, and you change me..you feed me
You feed my unwilling heart with unspoken words and now I want change
Before I helplessly drown in the unfathomable waters of sin and delusion.
Love me tonight and I will sheepishly tell you something
That my ways with you are always true and that I'm changing..caring
Embrace me tonight and I will be locked in your cage eternally
Willingly, I will let you devour the shadows that haunted me..
