Goodbye Poem by Peter S. Quinn

Goodbye

Rating: 2.0

You have never loved me
And you will never try
I'm still completely free
in saying to you goodbye
I'm not so very lonely
Because I don't really care
You are for you just only
And I never was with you there

You never gave me much
You were so much just you
All your feelings out of touch
And always completely untrue
I never complained though
Because I had so much to do
But now I must have to go
because I don't really love you

People like you aren't rare
They are all here around
They think they are very fair
But they are just lost and found
Nothing can change their way
For they are too much just 'I'
There's nothing that I can say
Other than goodbye, goodbye!
