Government - By Bean Counter Poem by Paul Warren

Government - By Bean Counter

When you have government by bean counter
Common sense seems to be on the outer
You have allocation of money to agencies
Who then sub-contract out service in fantasies
And the word service becomes convoluted
With budgets important with services excluded.
