Grandeur Poem by Mahathi Mydavolu

Grandeur

All grandeur remained intact
pleasing his worldly eyes!

When envisioned transperansies...
the world lay bare before him....
to exhibit its bones, blood and dirty entrails!
The upwelling saps of trees,
the imprisoned toad inside a giant rock,
the salt in seas, the smut in hearts...
and more...couldn't amuse him.

He tender prised deeper!
There's grandeur inside as well...
a more real Tabula Rasa...
but this is not to be seen...
but to be felt
by every invisible cell of the soul.
