Grave diggers
We, artists, all of us, any kind,
-a poet, a painter, ones who write,
-sculpture makers and architects,
-are somehow magicians!
We are the grave diggers!
We give life to the dead
-or dying, almost dead.
We make the duplicates
-of what is, or has been, available
-in one form or other, on this Earth
-or somewhere in the thoughts as image.
We never let them die, go away.
We keep the blossom, not the fade.
Look at the movies and
-the plays; all the songs
-we, artists are Jesus
- (we give life…)
Who would see and enjoy
-games of thieves played when,
-ended in Argentine the bandits,
-in Bolivia, robbed and killed
-the so-called Cassidy, Sundance Kid
-which was turned to movie
-played by Redford and Newman?
Who would know Al Capon
-or Bunny and Clyde
-if not on screen and revived?
Now, let me show you the
-best of all in Iran:
-a biker zigzagged
-on the roads of Tehran…
He was guy and had girl
-from the Christians
-Armenian…
They broke all the rules
-did not give a damn for
-religions, governed rules.
Together they went and
-snatched bags, stole jewels.
I love this wilderness
-lawlessness, ignorance.
The couple, deep in love;
-were brave, brainless.
They seemed to raise hands to
-speak with the cultures and the law,
-as well as religions
- (Shiites and Christians,)
-by showing mid-finger! ! !
"‘F' you all! "
"‘F' you all! "
"‘F' you all! "
I can see shadows of
-them running on the wall
-as painting, graphics, Black-White.
Visible is the guy who drives in front
-and the girl, head covered, is behind…
They hear the siren
-of police and race them
-reach a bump and jump up
-till crash and lose life
- (the lovers always die with pride.)
Unable, for long I
-stored this in my heart
-till today that my mind
-demanded: "Let it out! "
We, artists, all of us, any kind,
-a poet, a painter, ones who write,
-sculpture makers and architects,
-are somehow grave diggers!

I would like to translate this poem
You are very right. Poets and painter observe everything very deeply. An interesting poem is wisely penned about art.
You are so kind that I can only say: Thank you.
