This is their home, the great home,
Where they live now,
Yes, this is an abode for the old men;
A wonderful experience to watch that
The old live here peacefully and gracefully,
Laughing and singing and enjoying every moment of life.
No regret whatsoever is evident in their mind,
With lively spirit and energy the old look perfectly young,
Strange indeed;
I can't believe my eyes,
I have come here in a pensive mood anticipating to witness
The gloomy faces of the old men,
Who are deprived and neglected in this critical age by their near and dear ones.
But the fact is different here altogether,
There is nothing like this,
The near relation is far to them now,
But the far has become near,
A great contrast,
Still by the grace of God the spirited old live pleasantly and joyously in this home.
It's time for me to bid them adieu,
Nothing is more glorious in my eyes what I have experienced here,
The old have got their new home, new family, truly happy and contented.
May be some sweet emotions are missing in the deep core of their heart,
Still they are happy, very happy in this holy shrine,
My heart leaps and mind dances in joy as I leave this sacred home.
