Grecian Inspiration Poem by Edmund V. Strolis

Grecian Inspiration

Rating: 5.0

Aphrodite~

She moved with the ease of an Aegean breeze
With a sensuous glance from her feline eyes
With a toss of her hair she set hearts ablaze
Vanquishing the need for truth over lies

Athena~

She lifted the spirits of down trodden souls
With cool eyes of reflection she set them free
With a touch of their brow she awakened them
Releasing the long imprisoned beauty within

Eirene~

She opened her arms to those willing to see
With bright eyes never jaded she brought light
With a torch high above darkening clouds
Bringing hope to a world's long suffering night
