Greedy Leaders Poem by Emerson Navaya

Greedy Leaders

Rating: 4.0

Oh, greedy leaders, how we adore,
Your insatiable hunger for more.
You're like a hungry beast on the prowl,
Feeding on the masses with your growl.

You preach about democracy and freedom,
While your actions are just so seldom,
For your wealth and power are all that you seek,
Leaving the rest of us, so helpless and weak.

Oh, greedy leaders, how we despise,
Your fake smiles and deceitful guise.
You talk about equality and peace,
While your greed and corruption never cease.

You fill your pockets with our hard-earned pay,
Leaving us to struggle day by day.
But remember, your reign will soon expire,
And we'll rise against your selfish empire.
