Green Poem by The Grievous Ghost

Green

Rating: 5.0

All I see is green.
I see those lovers with
Their grubby fingers tightly tied together,
Their chapped and cracked lips
Sloppily interlocking with each other.
All I hear is green.
I hear those dirty doves
Labeling each other with these
'cute' nicknames;
'Honey, darling, babe' It's utterly repulsive.
All I feel is green.
It's not fair, it's totally unfair
What gives them the right to act this way?
What gives them the right to act so happy?
Why should I sit back and let this happen?
I deserve love and compassion more than they do!
I'll make sure these lovers suffer just the way I did!
I'll make sure, with my own two hands, I'll drive them away from each other!
I'll make sure they know the crushing feeling of loneness!
If I can't obtain happiness, I'll make sure they don't either!
All I know.
Is green.
