Greeting The Day Poem by Audrey Heller

I awaken in the morning, to greet the
brand new day, with this feeling of
contentment, I'm happy to say! The
sun is shining, not a cloud is in view,
it's just a perfect day, to wake up to.
The way I see it, it's a wonderful day,
for getting things done. If it were up
to me, I could never have chosen, a
better one! There's a calmness that
surrounds you, when you have a day
that's bright and clear, your disposition,
is brighter too! You're eager to work at
anything, nothing, will deter you! It's
great when your filled with so much
energy, with thoughts of good
expectations to come. Now, is the time
to do it, before the day comes to a close,
then look forward to the setting sun!
