Years in the seventies, a time to know,
Body shifts, how life can grow.
Steps get shorter, muscles may fade,
Strength once easy, now a careful trade.
Balance wavers, a gentle sway,
Watching where you go each day.
Falling down, a risk to fear,
Making home a place more clear.
Light it up, and clear the floor,
Shoes that grip, and keep you sure.
Eating well, with strength in mind,
Protein helps, you're sure to find.
Gentle moves, a walk, a stretch,
Keeping strong, no need to fret.
Movement's peace, a steady hand,
To live your life across the land.
Understand these changes, big and small,
Helps you stand up, straight and tall.
Health and safety, key to hold,
And living active, brave and bold.
