When I was a young, innocent child
When I was sensitive and naïve
Whole heartedly I used to believe
Friends can solve any problem- serious or mild.
But as I grew up, I began to see
The world from a whole new fight
We began to quarrel with all our might
All the while, crying children we would be.
Other things in my life changed too
I actually needed brains to study
d\suddenly, my big, large teddy didn’t seem all that cuddly
I was growing up, I was no more a child, and that, everyone knew.
But all in all I was very very happy
Even though trees seemed to shrink in front of my very eyes
And I could Finally recognise one bird from the other in the skies
Growing up made me angrier and snappy- yet very very happy.
