Guns Silenced Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Guns Silenced

Rating: 5.0

Gun have been silenced
Borders are quiet and peace is chanced
Great tragedy is averted
The larger interest is asserted

Finally peace is in sight
Often people have proved right
They have will power
And can proved as peace lover

We have witness enough bloodshed
The population was mislead
On the basis of religion
And such was the creation of artificial region

People had not chanced to express
They were under forceful chase
They were caught in cross fire
The death was rising further

Atomic war is disastrous game
There is not much to claim
The Japan model is before us
Can anyone assure the stability and trust?

I pray for worry free world
There must be no war or must be told
It has no place if want to live
Uphold the humanity and believe

Many have suffered under domination
It is beginning of new relation
East and West may benefit
People from world may unite and greet
