They are good
And bad
And we all have them
Just like there are billions of stars

Some habits
We want to keep
While not saying a peep

Other habits
We want to rid ourselves of
just like holey gloves

Habits
They can be a blessing
Or a curse
And it's up to you
To choose
If you want the blessing
Or the curse
