Had I Been Drowning.. Poem by Jawad Aldyab

Had I Been Drowning..

Rating: 5.0

Had I been drowning in the sea of your mesmerizing face, would you have rescued me?

‏All my pathetic words have been uniting themselves to make you feel happy.

And I have gathered the debris of love to mine so we become one under your majesty, for which, the sky always mourns the loss of my senses whenever I get a glimpse of your charming eyes.

I am full of nothingness and this is the best thing to be filled with in your absence.

You are the pearl of life..
Your musk is the nectar of our existence..
