Half Brothers Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Half Brothers

Half brothers

There are times
(not always)
that devil penetrates
whispers, says:
"Make gadgets
or borrow of nature…"

Then soft and smoothly,
as it was with Eva and serpent:
"don't listen to ‘No, not',
take action, do what must."

I shiver: "what is this? "
"Brainwashed? Hypnotized? Or dream? "

Wisdom comes as vision; appears:
"Both sides are same semen, Abraham's."

Time passes in silence
suddenly a thunder, sky bursts:
"Their books and stories are bull-shit."

Then mentions:
"Right and left, loss or gain."

Crazy, chin on knees in wonder
I wake up, look around
I find me in a cage by myself
in trance…
