half-way and looking back
the mountain seems to follow
beyond there is a hidden path that
meanders through tomorrow

my minute steps
could hardly make a difference
the distance gained is lost
because i am contained

within a stationary lot
ignoring to unlock the ties
for everyone argues a lot
debating where utopia lies

shall we not ford on farther up
depart from ways of rote
have faith a place lies there so just
the Father had us taught

one day we all be put to rest
we race and tug no more
with ease take look at all affairs...
and break away from lore
