खुशी

खुशी पाकर मै हुवा बहुत खुश
जबकी मैने माना वह एक तरंग है जो कर जाएगी रूख,
इसलिए जश्न मना लो जब समय दे रहा है साथ
वरना बंद मुट्ठी से वह रुख कर जाएगी रेत की तरह अनायास।


Happiness (An English translation)

On finding happiness I, of course, was very happy
Though moments of happiness is always like fleeting ripples,
So it is important that we make ourselves merry
Before the sands of happiness from our clenched grip escapes with a wriggle.
