My love

I know I may not be able to offer you the kingdom
But in my heart you rule
I know I may not take you to all the places you wish to go to
But in me you have a home
I know God is the one holding our lives
But if it were up to me,
Forever is what I’d give to you
I guess it’s only safe to say “til death do us apart”
I don’t know how much life I’m left with
But the rest of it, I dedicate it to you
In the eyes of society, we are merely a girlfriend and a boyfriend
But I know we more than a married couple
We just need to meet their requirements to make it happen
I know I don’t see you everyday, but I carry you in my spirit and soul
You are everything to me
You mean the world to me
