Happy Birthday 1 - Poem by the Nickster

AH yes, it's that time of the year again to remember the day that you were brought into this world-don't you know- you're more precious than gold
In the Word, it tells me so
MANY times I wish you were here with me
then, I think of my dwellings with you
And, the distance between us changes to a few miles if driving, forever to ped'
But, non-existent as long as you're kept in my head
YOU won't see me on your birthday, but I'll be there in my own way
wishing you the best that money can't buy: lots of love, peace & happiness.

Poet's Notes about The Poem

Birthday greetings to one of my BFF's when we 5 hour drive away that seems liked a million miles because I couldn't afford to travel at the time.
