Hard To Say Goodbye
Talking to myself
I don’t know what to say
I don’t know myself
I don’t know anyone else.
Prolonging is what it feels like
Feelings of nothing
Why can’t my conscience strike
Strike and beat me
Dig me to who I really am
Because however I’ve tried to fix myself;
Fix everything
My only achievement is skin deep.
I just have to get to know this new being
No matter how much I miss myself
I need to lose myself
So I don’t have to feel like this;
Feel like I know no one else.
