Hard To Understand
I've been thinking about you lately
Probably more than I should
But when we were together
We were always good
We shared our time just talking
Having a laugh or two
It seems the best of times
Were always spent with you
Things were always positive
Negative words were never spoken
That's why it's hard to understand
How two hearts could end up broken
