Hardly Architecture Poem by Moko Yromem

Hardly Architecture

Rating: 2.2

and the streets have emptied.
something has happened.

that was the way she put on her hat,
smiling, knowing something.

there has been an implosion.
the offices are burning, the
street echoed with litter;

she, slipping into arms,
pressing her chest up hard
against another's.

her hat casting blank shadows
like a fallen curtain.

image provoking. Question about the use of the word blank? was it intentional... I mean does it have a hidden meaning? (sorry I like your poem I'm just curious if there is another part I'm not seeing)
