Harry Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Harry

Yahweh appeared to Abram and said:
'To your descendants i will give this land';
And today from the source of Isaac,
The descendants of Abram are on the land!

Oh Harry, i am in great distress and i need you around me;
So come and warm me with your love tonight.
Harry my love, you are all that i need.

Abner was buried in Hebron and,
I do have you as my lover;
So come and warm me with your love tonight.

Oh Harry, my distress is like shields and spears;
But do bury me in the tomb i dug for myself,
For the dignitaries at Abel Mitzraim are waiting for you.
