Have you thought to be a bird sitting in a tree,
surrveying all the landscape as far as you could see?
Have you thought to be a tree standing tall and proud,
with your feet deep in the soil and your arms up in a cloud?
Have you thought to be a flower waiting for the rain,
wether posing in a garden bed or dancing on the plain?
Have you thought to be the sky; deep and blue and wide,
and every nation in the world would feel it when you cried?
Have you thought to be the shoes on someone else's feet,
wether they're your loved one or a stranger on the street?
Have you thought to be the world deep within her core?
To feel the world and be the world, that's what love is for!

Maybe if we all sat down and thought what its like to be someone or something else there would be less waste and distruction... nice words. Alison
