Havent I Been Hurt Enough Poem by Bellaina Bella Hernandez

Havent I Been Hurt Enough

Havent i been hurt enough
with all these scars and blood
for everyone to see, my misery
unable to understand me
they laugh at such a pathetic girl
one thats different compared to all the others
only place where refuge can be
is home... but not really
even here shes an outcast
family tries to bring her back
to her all she see is a barrier
always towering over her
everystep thats taken
means something more in the making
but for now its a distance dream
which will never flow down her stream
everynight her ocean of tears and blood
begin to overflow their world
surprisingly enough she hasnt done it yet
something that could end it
she waits for that little light
that was promised to her, to shine so bright
in the darkest cave, any-
where, where she cant see her way
everday as she lives, hopes to find
something to bring some joy
she as yet to recapture it
for it left
with a manipulate head
of such thought
wont ever come back, even it was to be sought
