He Guideth Me Poem by Jonathan Goldman a.k.a JGthepoet

Whatever I do in Life,
Wherever I do go,
‘Tis because HE told me to,
And that I surely know.

My paths of kindness that I tread,
Wherever I set my sights,
Are guided by directions set
By HIM, and I know they’re right.

HE guides me daily on my course,
When poems I seek to write,
And plots my daily actions too,
So they’re true for me and you.

I know I have the ultimate choice,
On which way I choose to go,
For Freewill has been given to Man
To plot his actions too.

But I do choose to follow HIS ways,
Because the paths HE’s set are true.
And I continue to have Faith in HIM,
As HE guides me daily towards you.
