He Is My Blood Poem by Kinyua Karanja

He Is My Blood

Dark days drags by slowly like a snail
Thick uncertainty cloud hang around
My heart grow faint of this love fail
That puts hope down on the ground
Of this star that spin out of track
A life so violent like Saharan storms
So sad that time lost can't turn back
I strive to thrive beyond all norms
Wondering how you two feel tongether
With that thought of robbing me a son
A poor soul denied love of his father
All the joy, the toys and all the fun
I hears of horrible life under that roof
And resist the temptation to buy a gun
What goes on your mind as a proof
When he claim of incomparable love
And fail to show your son a little pity
He talks ill of me and sins God above
All the haven life in the capital city
Was nothing but a lie; a bait on a hook
Sun will set, rise and rain will fall
Chapter will be closed and so the book
He will forever be my blood aftet all.
