He Is My Man Poem by JhennyRose Montecillo

He Is My Man

He might not give me flowers,
Yet when I'm sick and in pain
He'll bring me medicine.

He might not surprise me with gifts.
But when I'm not in the mood and have tantrums
He'll just crack corny jokes.

He will not consistently post me in his facebook
He'll just accompany me whenever I need him the most.

He might not send me "long sweet messages".
But when my back aches,
I'm so relaxed with his massage.

Yes, my man does not show off.
He doesn't shout my name in the whole wide world.
But, certainly, I've got the man who made me feel that
Even the world was full of chaos.
He will always be there to love me the most.
