He Ran Like The Wind Poem by Edwina Reizer

He Ran Like The Wind

Rating: 5.0

He ran like the wind.
But the wind kept chasing him.
He bragged like a lion.
But the lion roared his breath at him.
He defied all the rules they made.
But the rulers were aware of him.
And no longer could he
run like the wind or
brag like a lion or
defy all the rules
because it all caught up with him.
