Headaches Poem by Aliyah Clark

Damn headaches.I wanna go home!
I got that feeling in my head
like a million things went into it at once.
one more thought and my heads gonna explode!
it feels like a heartbeat
suffocating itself because its been through too much,
i've been through too much.
my parents fight, my grades are murder,
yall dont understand, i coundnt take it.
i had to punch my sister in the face.she started it!
kids dont know how lucky they are to never feel a migrane.
Pills dont do a thing for me.
its been going on for so long in my head i hear the phone ring.
i think i'm trippin but you would feel the same if you feel like your minds slipping away with every second of this pain.
Stop the pain, lord please get rid of this migrane!
Hopefully a nap will help and i wont feel like i'm going insane.
