Heard Often Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

You were seen no where
Near or far
I was restless
With sullen face

What carries on in mind?
Why person turns blind?
Is love so powerful?
I was just looking fool

I tried to search
But could not reach further
It is easier to preach
Than to answer for such

But one thing is for sure
You start thinking seriously for future
What will be the future like?
Will you like or dislike?

I had heard often
And it was repeated even
"Love is god"
I smiled little and thanked Lord
