I see you there
Your soul still bound
By lessons learned
Yet still around
You pray for peace
You pray for love
You seek release
From pasts tight glove
You’re reaching out
With opened hand
For one who offers
Support to stand
I extend the offer
To help pull you through
Then begin to realize
It’s not just for you
For I too wish love
And patiently long to wake
The full potential of our love
For not just yours, but both our sake.
