Heaven's Weeping Poem by Hanna Maria

Heaven's Weeping

Rating: 5.0

Slowly, slowly Heaven’s weeping
For the children of the world
Who has evils that are seeping
Into Soul, and Simple mind

Contention brings, not one good wit
To those whose angry fumes are lit
Heartache and sorrow follow those,
And happiness flees from before them

A Sweat word can stop, a raging storm
For confusion fills their little mind
‘How can one, whom I have harmed
Turn to me and be so kind? ’

Words can so easily destroy
Yet cannot do much to mend them
Take careful thought before you say
Something that may offend them

Do not look down on those you think
Are nothing, or less than you
You may find that somewhere inside
Is a friend you never knew.

Great poem. I know if I created something and it turned out to be such as earth I would shed tears as well.
