Heavenly Messengers Poem by Ruerd Visser

Angels come to us as heavenly messengers,
yet they often remain unseen and unheard
by the many who are compelled to live this
earthly tale.
And the angels is left nothing as to keep
whispering their heavenly messenges.
Until the find a loving soul that sees and hears
with his heart.
So their message is still able to find their way
into the world of men despite the resistance
of the many that opose such messages
because the deem the messager a figment
of our imagination.
And so it is that the world of men is inspired
time and time again from the heavenly realm.
That remains as the source of our belief
in a higher power.
