Help me to breathe at a normal pace,
For the pain inside to be taken away,
To be able to smile and lift my life,
Help me to unscrew my sad feelings,
To release the heavy pressure within,
Help me to find, that’s trapped here inside,
Screaming to come out and live.
Help me to feel the want to go on,
To find the meaning behind the pain,
To reason with happenings behind me,
Help me to find the strength to be strong
To want to want to reason the wrong
Life is so easy to toggle along,
But the want is so hard, to want to go on
I want to be strong…I want to go on,
I want to be happy and live for so long
Help me to find that bond I so longed for
That gives you the strength to bounce once more
To become clean and not feel washed out,
Help me to find that bright light….
