Here We Go - Poem by Elizabeth Hathaway

In my search for friendship i have found

A kind and caring soul from Nova Scotia

So far i'm sure he's the lone sane one on here.

He's always understanding, honest and sincere.

I love his sense of humour and how he makes me smile.

On dark days i'm always certain of his ability to make me laugh.

He helps me see the things as they are or as there not.

Sharing stories of the fun he has with his son..

And funny things said by some can be laughed at.

Advice he gives is always greatly appriciated.

A feeling of genuine caring is always felt.

Safety always close in his heartfelt wishes.

Theres no one i wish more for today than my friend.

In a warm embrace i wish him the best now and forever.

I see a man full of love and understanding with a love for life.

Always willing to share his time in helping someone.

With a sense of humour above the rest, i'm grateful to call you friend.
