High School Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

High School

High School

Some wonder why always
I insist: "Am in debt, to teachers."

Unlike West, USA
Lowly paid government.

Poor were most of teachers
But they were devoted…

I believe what is known
As the best proverb:
"Whoever teaches me
Will have me as slave."

Proudly I wear the
Ring, shackle as slave
For serving my teachers.

Devoted and expert,
Were they, well-prepared,
And readied what needed,
And worked as magicians.

Stinking gas he made
Was "Sulfur trioxide, "
That faded red of rose,
Explained on the board.

I learned and will never,
Forget the sulfur chain
Mixed with the oxygen.

I saw same with physics,
Jerrycan was half-filled
With water and heated,
Then let the steam out,
Wrote, sealing the metal:
"Vacuum will denture."

Is shame to forget such
Teachers and their lessons.

I agree teachers are important but i prefer science teachers. History teachers usually teach you political lies written by victors of our struggles for self determination. All other teachers are fine except history teachers....They teach lies all lies all lies....please read my lyric poem bunk boo play truant and read what i mean. Great poem
