Hill-Top View Poem by james watkin

Hill-Top View

This view, fills the sky out, entire
Bordering swallow's own
Hilled and airy, invites in turn
No such thoughts to return.
To descend what darkly, back through
Heaven's doubting, be-clouds.
Impressively felt, this closer
The life-spirit, purer.
