History Reminds Us - Poem by Joyce Hemsley

Forty Word Verse:

When melting snow falls from the hillside
Flooding may follow ~ sad but true!
We take precautions, it can't be denied,
For severe winter floods are nothing new.
Noah built an Ark long long ago
To deal with a drastic overflow.
