Hold On A Little Longer Poem by Oyetunji Toba

Hold On A Little Longer

All you need is to hold on a little longer,
When your hope melt away like a snow in the summer,
A new time will dawn again,
To ease your pain,
To save you from ruin,
For a wind comes before the rain.
Your rain will come in it season,
So every dry spell is for a reason.
Why do you choose to weep tears?
When your fortunes are near,
All you need is to hold on a little longer,
The catharsis will come sooner.
