Hold The Breathe Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Hold The Breathe

Think of rose flower
Emerging after downpour
From the sky with showers
Love understands this and answers

The beauty lies with its petals
That reveals
The secret understanding
With nature’s support as unending

What a crimson color?
For representation of lover’s love
The constant use of flower in one hand
To show that one is trustworthy and real friend

So far it is like child with closed eyes
No one may look at or try
But when sun beams its first light
It is opening slight

With full blossom
It is missed seldom
Its look and fragrance is at zenith
We are amazed and hold the breathe

Hold The Breathe
