Holidays - Australia, Summer And Sausages On Bread Poem by Paul Warren

Holidays - Australia, Summer And Sausages On Bread

I like sausages on bread
Eating them with tomato sauce instead
Of vegetables on my plate
I remember the barbecues when I couldn't wait

How the summer could be
All was right and we could easily now see
Barbecue snags with sauce ablaze
Crowning glory on long hot school holidays.
