Holy Night Poem by Ananta Drusus Ectorius

Holy Night

Rating: 5.0

Oh, Holy night
Oh, Holy night
Night like a light
Lighting up my life
Dancing through the fire
Moving like a bliss
Worries drifting away
Far away
Far away

With you by my side
No fear can take over
Oh serenity
Filling up my soul
Drifting away
In an ocean of bliss
Far away
Far away

With people singing and dancing
Like nothing ever matters
Filling up the night with laughter

Holy Night
POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
This is a song I hold very dear, as I wrote it back when I was trapped in an empty shell. I believe there's a person out there guarding us in any way they can, and this poem is my expression of gratitude for their existence.
COMMENTS OF THE POEM

And perhaps you know that "Anantha" in Sanskrit means "Someone or Something that has no end/ death". Man is mortal, but I wish you that your poems make you "Anantha", The Immortal.

I made a revisit today. Loved reading once again. Still waiting to hear it in your voice…

Lovely song. May I request the author to set it to music and share it in her own voice. Thanks.
