Have you ever looked at pictures
Of homes built many years ago?
I find them so very fascinating
As I watch architecture grow
Homes are so important
For it’s the heart of the family
They set the stage for life, I think
Our home is our sanctuary
Even if you travel the world
A home is the place to return
It’s where the Bible sits
And where values are learned
It’s a place to lay our heads at night
To share our family meals
Where love is given freely
And where life is very real
So no matter where we go
As about the world we roam
The one place that we love
Is the place that we call home!

Yes, indeed that is so true. We all have to have a base and a homely one. Lovely write to still the wanderer in us all. Love and hugs Ernestine XXX
