Hope - A Solicit Sight Poem by Raabia Tabassum

Hope - A Solicit Sight

Everyday a new beginning,
A hope for a change,
A hope that lights up the soul;
Wanting to vicissitude ways
And take a new turn.

A hope to shatter the obscurity,
Which dwells in the heart.
A hope for the end of the wars,
A hope desiring a bond;
A bond called unity.

Hope - A solicit sight,
For those who only wish to seek;
For those who are broken.
A hope for good times behind the pain,
A hope for a change that would last perhaps forever.

Beautiful write from a person of your age! On reading this poem, I am reminded of Oliver Goldsmith's famous lines- 'Hope, like the gleaming taper's light Adorns and cheers our way and still as darker grows the night, Emits a lighter ray! I find talent in you! Keep writing! !
