Hover-Board Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Hover-Board

Hover-board, board, hover, era, bed, rover;
Judicously!
And, with genuine openness.

Open, openness!
Dora, road, bad, board, had, hard, hoe, hoard;
Ham, hamstring!
With the very ways of the land in view.

Muse, life, nature!
Saddled with debts;
And, unable to get out of it.

Dread, hear, heard, head, oar, dear, drove, rode!
With the muse of your works in this town;
Because of illegal lust.

String, hamstring!
Over, do, doe, doer, verb, read, dare, ear, red;
It is all in but, gone too soon.

Critics,
Squandered;
Ore, roe, bear, bare, hare, her, dove, rove, rod!

Form, conform!
With the muse of life;
And, with the ways of the land.
