constantly focused
on pain suffering
memories of what you had
what you endured
at hands of fate or karma

is it not time...
to devote your
sustaining life force
to positive
celebration
of possibility life...

to all you may
accomplish achieve
with just a small part
of your time energy
focused instead upon
attaining future accomplishments
