How I Love Spring Rain Poem by Marilyn Lott

There is something so refreshing to me
When my world revolves around spring
Sunny days on spring flowers
Is just what I want nature to bring.

Buds are forming absolutely everywhere
I snap them with my camera each day
All colors of the rainbow now
Just what I want my sweet flowers to say.

But then when I raise my gaze to the sky
I see clusters of soppy dark clouds
I finish what I was doing quickly
It is what mother nature has allowed.

Then a plop of water upon my nose
I smile for I know what it means
Refreshing and nourishment to my plants
Spring rain is filled with plant dreams.
